Who Am I? I am a woman, a wife, a mother, and a business owner and so much more in between. I have been leading women's self empowerment events for over a decade in the San Diego area. Leading transformational women's book clubs, mega networking events for bad ass business women, self love creative events, women accountability groups and a founder of Self Love Women's Revolution Fb group. 

Despite of all of this, I, like many others, have struggled with feeling alone, not good enough, battling anxiety and having issues in my intimate relationships. The reason I am doing this, is not because I am perfect, but because over the years I have learned for a fact, that we, women ARE BETTER TOGETHER. Creating the supportive circles we need, where we can share vulnerably, open up, keep each other accountable with straight and encouraging talk, is sometimes all we need to THRIVE.
